For issues like these, the liability is on the carrier and we therefore recommend you contact the carrier as soon as possible with all relevant information.

Damages and Stolen Goods: Damages and stolen goods are assessed on a case-by-case basis. A package is considered damaged if the cans are unable to be consumed. Goods are considered stolen if the package arrives without some, or all, of the product in it.
